Beautiful, but..... (Twinohboys, , 2008-08-30)

This sink is beautiful and well made. According to my contractor, it is a good quality sink. And, I believe that I got an excellent value. However, the sink does have a few problems. First, the way the bottom is designed, water collects around both of the drains, especially in the small bowl. It is next to impossible to completely clear the bowls of water, so unless I actually dry off the sink every time I use it, there are always puddles of water around the drains. Also, my granite guy used the guide to cut our granite slab and it ended up slightly "off". I don

I love it. It's heavy gauge stainless, so it should last a long time. And it's the one thing in my kitchen remodel that came in under budget -- a wonderful sink for the price.
