Great deal! (Sid2008, , 2008-04-06)

We received the bedding set in a timely fashion and are really happy with the product. We haven't been able to set it all up though because we don't have the crib yet. That said, we are happy with all that comes with the set--it's a great deal. I'm not sure why other reviewers were unhappy with the shade of yellow--we like it as it is. However, I would like to know if anyone has advice as to how to best shorten the valance for the window. Our window is about half the size of the window treatment that comes with the package and I am admittedly not a seamstress. We rated the fabric quality as a 4 instead of 5 because it could be softer, but really, it's nice as is.

I searched in many baby stores for a crib set that's not too Pink/Brown in color and harsh in fabric before I took a chance and got this set. It's actually my 2nd choice on Overstock mainly because I was concerned about the shade of yellow after reading some reviews that said it's brownish. I am so happy that I bought this set now that I have it in front of me. The color, both yellow and lavender, are light and cute they fit the nursery perfect! Some people might say the fabric is thin but I think its actually perfect for a baby. The set is adorable and with so many pieces the nursery is totally set with the deco! I can't be happier with this purchase!

I received the 12 piece bedding today, so excited to set up our daughters nursery. This bedding and everything included is a let down. Everything is completely squished, even after it's been washed and dried. The colors are not as nice as I expected. Some of the yellow looks like mustard. Everything looks old and faded. The comforter isn't as nice or soft as I expected. I would not recommend this item.

I received my order in less than a week and was very impressed. It is the most beautiful shade of lavender! For our first child my husband did not want want pink and I'm not the biggest fan of purple but this set changed my mind. The yellow is also very cute and not at all mustardy like the picture tends to look. I would recommend this to any expecting mothers and I also love overstock! Great price!

Great value (dukeofpups, Ohio, 2008-06-02)

I put this into a room with yellow walls and the slight off-color yellow in the purple pattern works fine. I knew going in that the fabric might not be top quality, but the sheet and comforter are more than suitable. Some of the pieces are a little lightweight, but they all serve their purpose. If I was looking for high thread count, I would have paid the price. This set is a great compromise.
