Beautiful shirt ... stingy on size (MikeSanJose, San Jose, CA, 2008-02-16)

This shirt is very nice, no two ways about it. Boardroom quality. Fashionably understated. Elegant. But know this: it runs small in the waistline department. Taking into consideration that designers can cut their shirts to fit different ways (for instance, running from portly-, regular-, athletic- and trim-fitting), this shirt seems very trim-fitting indeed. It may be that the shirt is European-sized, and some things do get lost in translation. It will likely fit you closely, so if you don't like that feeling, I probably wouldn't recommend this shirt to you. On the other hand, if you're trim or athletic and you want to show it off, then this shirt may be perfect for you. In any event, it's a very nice, well-tailored shirt made of apparently high-quality fabric.
