Organization Factor (Starbuck69, WA, 2008-06-16)

I like this docking station because it helps keep everything neat. Also, the fan was a big selling point for me. The switch for the fan is a little hard to slide, though. We keep the remotes on the charger and they are always full and have never had low power. However, it came with no instruction page. While it'sobviously simple to set up, I would have liked info on charging the batteries -- how long to charge the first time, leave on the base or not, etc. Overall, I like it and would recommend it.

I actually am returning this item, the fan is so loud that you have to turn it off when not in use. This being the case, in addition to turning on the Wii you have to turn on the fan each time you play the game. This might be ok for an older child or adult, but I have young children that don't remember to turn on the fan and almost burned the Wii out! The on/off fan switch is located in the back of the docking station which makes it even further difficult for the younger user.

I found the wii docking station an excellent buy. Easy to use, kids love it, and for the price awesome. The station did take a little getting use to at first for charging the batteries but after that it was easy. The money saved on battery use alone has sold me. I don't buy alot of things unless it seems worth the investment. The fan is quiet enough along with the wii fan that it doesn't distract you and it is appealing enough to leave out all the time.

Docking Station for Wii (sheja, Chicago, 2008-07-17)

The item came with no instructions which was disappointing. The controllers can't be in their skins when charging, so you have to put them on and off, which can be a pain. And the nunchucks need to be moved around in order to access the remote which isn't a big deal. Overall it is a decent product. I like the fan feature that enables you to cool your system while running it.

Great product (Bikerpoohlinda, Washington State, 2008-08-28)

This unit has a small footprint. I found it easy to hook up and it functions great. I found the switch on the back to be very easy to locate by feel and to turn on and off. I love how it keeps everything neatly organized and charged for play time. The additional fan in the unit protects my Wii investment from overheating. I feel comfortable recommending this unit to others.
