I love these pearls!!! I had purchased several of the smaller pearl necklaces ($39) from Overestock for my granddaughters and thought they were beautiful. However, I am a plus-size lady and wanted a larger size pearl. This necklace is beautiful. The pearls are well matched and have great luster. I find that the clasp is easy to secure. I feel quite elegant with I wear these pearls. I have a 30-in. strand of smaller pearls that my husband gave me years ago, but I now prefer to wear this 18-in strand. I highly recommend purchasing this pearl necklace!!

I bought this pearl necklace for my mom as a Mother's day gift. My mom loves it very much, 7.5-8mm pearls and 18 inch necklace is large and long enough for wearing. The pearls is beautiful and pretty round, alhtough there are flaws in many of the pearls, it is still ok! Furthermore, the clip is a little tricky, I spend a lot of time to reveal how to open it. Generaaly speaking, It is really worth the price and is a great gift. The only thing I would like to recommend is that it would be better if a jewel box is offered.

I purchased these pearls for my wedding in December, with the idea that if I didn't like it I could always return it. I will definitely NOT be returning this necklace! They were absolutely perfect, and I can't believe the size of the pearls for the price! Fortunately for you but unfortunately for me the price dropped $10 after I bought them! I had no problem with the clasp, which was something I was concerned about after reading the reviews. Just squeeze the ends of the hook and it opens without a problem!

Look nice, but beware (dsud, Richmond, VA, 2008-01-16)

I order three sets of pearls for Christmas. Two as gifts for young adult daughters and one for myself. The first set clasp broke after three wears. The pearls looks very nice and the price is great, but you do get what you pay for. The clasp is not sturdy at all! Difficult to get on and off and very thin metal. Final note - look nice but won't last long. Also when I returned them I was charged a shipping fee from Overstock even tho they were broken. So I lost money and time.

Beautiful necklace (Pamela3, Charlotte, NC, 2008-06-09)

I was more than pleased with the weight, color, and quality of these pearls. As others have said, a couple of the pearls were slightly pitted, but they were toward the back and did not show. I am very particular about my jewelry, but these pearls are extremely nice and are now one of my favorite pieces of jewelry. They go with everything, and look expensive. Thanks again, Overstock!!
