Pancake pillows (bestboy2, Ft Lauderdale, FL, 2008-02-14)
 
Well, I too received my package which looked like one pillow in size. I was a little shocked when I opened the package and found that there were actually 2 pillows in there. I usually like a thick, fluffy pillow as I'm a side sleeper. i also usually go through pillows like anything, seems that I sleep very hard on my pillows. I have two feather pillows that I've had for years, and they now are being used for body pillows on each side of me. My first night I thought, i'll put both pillows into one pillow case. Well, that was too high, I had my roomie try one and watched as he laid on his side with his regular pillow, which, when looking at shape of spine, had his neck cranked up with such a thick pillow. Then when he used the memory foam pillow, his spine seemed to be in alignment. With this image in mind, I tried my old pillow, and actually was aware of the "cranked up" neck thing. When I laid on the memory foam pillow, granted it wasn't as high, or plush, but,,,,laying on my side, it was very comfortable, and when rolling onto my back, the pillow did not break contact with my neck, supporting it through the whole rolling process. Used to be, I'd have to almost sit up in bed to roll from one side to the other, interupting my sleep. Since sleeping on these pillows, my goodness, the quality of my sleep in amazing. I would certainly reccommend these pillows to everyone. They do not come with covers, like Tempurpedic, but they also don't cost 250 each, either. Slept on a Tempurpedic pillow while visiting my folks, and wasn't as impressed with it as I am with my new pillows. Great product, thank you OverStock.com...Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was very worried after reading the reviews (why didn't I read them before I bought them?), but I ended up being pleased afterall. The pillows look very flat and don't puff up much after taking them out of the bag, but they are actually the perfect depth for me as I tend to sleep on my back a lot. It's even ok when I sleep on my side. As one reviewer said, if you want to "snuggle up" with your pillow, this one won't work, but if you want comfortable support, then these do great. I am disapointed in the fact that they are too long for my pillow cases. I ordered queen sized sheets, but I think sets still come with standard size cases, so these pillows stick out a bit. Not the worst thing in the world, but still a bit of an inconvenience. The foam also turns yellow, almost immediately.

Crownned Classic Queen Size Memory Foam Pillow Set (Bees08, Madawaska, ME, 2008-02-23)
 
I have received these Memory Foam Pillows for Christmas from my daughter in D.C. It came vacuumed packed and thought onceremoved from package they would become regular size pillow. What a disappointment they were! I tried putting both together, too big, just one, too small and thin. What floored me, they don't even have a material covering on them. Trying to put the foam on top of a regular pillow was a chore in itself. It would stick and crumble, what a waste!!!!!!! I kept forgetting to mention it ,to our daughter whenever we talked on the phone which is not that often because of her job. Could I return this useless merchandise without the re-stocking fee? Expecting to hear from you....

Memory Foam Queen Pillow set (dibord, Charlotte, NC, 2008-04-06)
 
Last year I purchased the king size pillows & love them, unfortunately, I downsized to a queen. The queen size pillows are way too flat to sleep on comfortably. They are probably at least 2 inches thinner than the king ones. What I was looking for was the same height pillow, but shorter so they would fit a queen size pillow case. I ended up using a razor blade to cut my king size pillows so they'd fit my queen pillow cases. I feel like I wasted my money on these, and I guess I could have sent them back. I'll just use them for sofa pillows because I love the memory foam.

Brick Pillow...Huge Disappointment! (TXMarie, Houston, TX, 2008-03-21)
 
I purchased these pillows for my children, husband and myself. They are hard and small. If you lay on your side you will spend the day waiting for you face to get back to normal and waiting the wrinkles to smooth. I have 4 pillows and am trying to figure out what I am going to do with them. Also, they change color quickly...they start out a gentle beige color...now (just about a month or so later and not being used) they look darker and dingy. To repackage them and send them back would have been difficult...I hate them and will donate them...maybe someone will like them.
