This watch is powered by automatic movement which means the winding of the spring occurs automatically when the wearer moves his arm. However, it is recommended that you manually wind the watch at least once every two weeks. It is also important to adjust the time once a month as automatic movement can gain or lose a few minutes per month.

My safety clasp on my old watch broke and I was looking for something first and foremost that I wouldn't lose because it fell off my arm. This watch totally meets my needs. I like the look and feel of it, and the fact that it is self-winding is a bonus. The only trick to it was trying to figure out how to set the date and day. Otherwise, I love the watch and the price was a bargain. Would definitely buy a watch like this again and would buy from Overstock again. The experience was convenient, economical and pleasurable!

Thank you, Overstock, for offering this first-class watch. I received it about a week ago and am already getting comments on it. The watch has a beautiful face, and the watch band looks much better than the picture online. I would recommend this watch to anyone who needs a water resistant watch (I surf), but also wants a watch to wear to upscale festivities.

A bit heavy, but good workmanship (Phoenix777, San Francisco, 2008-05-30)

This watch is very durable. It is exactly as described and looks very good on. The watch band is quite long and needs to be adjusted to fit. I had to remove 4 segments though it was very tricky. The depth of the face is too thick for my taste (about 1/2 inch). Overall, it is a quality product.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. My Jeweler took out two links and it fits perfectly. Overstock provides a xerox of instructions on how to set the date. Easy to do. Would recommend (and I have) to my friends!
