Great Idea - POOR directions & driver (KenInNH, Wolfeboro, NH, 2008-04-01)

I have been doing digital photo/video for 15 years and had similar products work flawlessly. Bought two of these and attempted to upload jpg photos to each. Directions were impossible to interpret. After installing driver, Photo Frame was not recognized by 2 of my computers (Windows XP and all updates). This is the only time I have been disapointed with Overstock.com purchases.

We bought the cross silver heart digital photo frame for a mother's day present. We wanted to download pictures of the kids and let their mother and grandmothers carry them whereever they roamed. The problem I ran into was memory capacity. I could NOT get a single photo to fit into the product's memory. I'm disappointed.
