Heavy, but ugly (MichaelChicago4038, Chicago, IL, 2008-04-30)

Yes, as most of previous previews mentioned, this set is quite heavy on weight. However the quality is very low, e.g. badly pressed metal where seam is very distinctive - as much that my first impression was to get my tools and fix it. Spoons and knifes were better, but still nowhere close to be shown before any guests without hesitance. Thanks God, I've ordered set from other company about twice less, but much greater in quality. Definitely would not recommend this hardly known "Continental" set to anyone.

Awesome flatwear (afinson, concord, ma, 2008-01-31)

I ordered 3 sets of this flatwear to use in my South Carolina winter home. I wanted a set that could be used for company and not only for everyday use. This flatwear is elegant, heavy and has a beautiful flair about it. The design is unusual. It is well worthwhile. I would order it again.

I was very pleased with this purchase. I bought two sets and I am glad I did. The pieces are very sturdy and have a very well made appearance. It is dressy enough for a dinner party but I am using it every day. I feel like I got a deal with this purchase.

this stuff is very durable....keeps its shape....looks nice out on my counter...it wont replace fine silverware, but for everyday it is great...has a buff stainless appearance...nice and weighty in the hand

Really nice quality! Very heavy! Although some people had a problem with rough edges, I bought 3 sets, and they were all perfect!
