ANOTHER OVERSTOCK WINNER (BarbaraM4, Long Island, NY, 2008-08-06)

I LOVE this cool table. It replaced an expensive Canadel set, and I like it so much for its modern lines, dark wood color and round glass top--including the silver metal circles that hide the screws that attach the top to the base. It looks AMAZING with the 4 "Rome leather dining chairs" that I purchased recently (on Overstock). It took me and my 21 year old daughter 30 minutes to assemble it and move it into the kitchen. It is HEAVY--the glass top weighs over 70 lbs. and we could have waited for my husband to return from a business trip to help us;, but it's much more fun getting new things when he's NOT home!!!!! A note--the company that makes the table should consider a better and stronger closure for the glass top packaging--despite my UPS man's best efforts, the box was pretty wrecked by the time he got it off the truck. The tape had split and torn and 3 sides of the box had opened. Remarkably, nothing was broken or damaged. The box that contains the base was very sturdy.

I ordered the Context Dining table and it arrived within the time period. The base arrived perfectly and was easy to put together, it seems and feels of very high quality, very heavy wood and looks absolutely fabulous. The glass top initially arrived broken and UPS took it right back. They (UPS) had already initiated the return process via their carrier marking it as broken and I then called Overstock to report it broken. They shipped out another although for some reason the arrival date kept getting delayed and it finally arrived about 5 days after the original tracking date, and arrived in one piece ! It looks like a million dollar table and adds a great look to the room. Thanks Overstock!

Great, sturdy table (OstockGal, Metro Atlanta, 2008-03-30)

This is a physically and stylishly solid piece. Also easy to put together; my husband and I love it! FYI to Overstock re: comments about the glass top arriving broken when delivered by UPS: The box was not marked "glass" nor "fragile"...Luckily my husband was home - He stopped the driver who was flipping it end-to-end up my steep driveway (wasn't using a hand truck - ???) - Everything turned out OK - Great buy at any price!

Nice table (JoLV, Las Vegas, 2008-03-14)

My glass top didn't break like others. The table comes with 2 boxes and they are packed so well. It was very easy to put all pieces together. I did it all by myself in about 30 minutes. The table was made with a very nice wood not the kind of cheap one and it is very heavy. Just wish the glass top was a little bit bigger so that it can sit more than 4 people, but with the price like that, I will deal with it.

The perfect table (FlagirlinTN, Nashville, 2008-08-16)

I love everything about this table..the dark wood, modern design, the ability for you to see any fabulous rug you put under it. I had no trouble with assembly as I did it all myself including getting it turned over. My one suggestion would be to spray the screws with a wax lubricant and to leave the base loose to get it to line up easier with the top. Just wish the chairs were available to go with it!
