For the price, it's what you would expect (Texas100, TX, 2008-03-10)

This was one of the cheapest satin nickel long neck faucets I could find. It is clearly not as solid as more expensive models - for example - the handles wiggle a little. The faucet was recently installed and appears to work fine. The finish is great, and the style is modern. For the money I am not disappointed. I would reccomend this faucet for an economical kitchen upgrade, but this probably doesn't belong in a high end kitchen.

I purchased this faucet for my kitchen sink to replace the old one. The faucet looks like one of the $200 ones in the stores. I hired a plumber to install the faucet. He commented that it was well build and great quality, all parts made of brass. The sprayer is plastic, like the ones in the stores. This is a great buy and sooo beautiful and elegant. I am very happy with this purchase.

Nice faucet for price (lander, Utah, 2008-02-02)

I just installed this faucet without directions and it was so simple. The only complaint I have is that the sprayer isnt quite the same finish as the rest of the unit. I may return it and see if I can get one that matches better. The water spout moves freely and overall it makes the kitchen much more updated with a clean look.

Bought this product for the redo of my kitchen and the handles on this are put on the wrong way!!! Meaning that on the 'on' position is actually the 'off' position. It's driving me CRAZY. I'm calling Kingston about this...I'm totally unhappy with this product, ugh:(
