Great for traveling (Bates777, Henderson, NV, 2008-08-19)
 
I was looking for a small and light DVD player since I was anticipating traveling quit a lot in the next several months. This is my first Coby purchase. You can't beat the price or actual quality of the product BUT I am not happy at all with the sound when using the headphones (I tried 2 different headphones + the one's that came with it) unfortunately it is VERY dim. So, while I'm flying, I usually set it on sub-titles and I'm okay.

Very disappointed! (smurfy33, , 2008-08-23)
 
I bought this DVD player for a trip that we were going to take. Unfortunately we did not get to go and I did not use it for a few weeks after I bought it. We ended up using it and within a month or so it quit working. There is sound but no picture. I guess it is my own fault for not taking the extended warranty, but I would think it would last longer than a couple of months.

Great Plane Companion (Gerry2008, Los Angeles, 2008-06-04)
 
I got this for my 23 hours plane ride. It has a GREAT video quality with clear audio. I've had other portable DVD players but the look and quality of this item is exceptional.
