Digital Malfunction (KathyMB, MI, 2008-06-02)

I purchased 4 of these as Mother's Day gifts and NONE of them worked. The disc to run the program would not work on any one's computer. What a disappointment! I had to retrieve all of them and return them. If they had worked, the screen size is what I liked, but I never got to see any photos on it. Would not recommend this product at all.

Digital Picture Frame (Gus3, Dallas TX, 2008-01-10)

The product was delivered promptly as advertized, and was adequately packaged. This was a gift for a family member. We did experience some minor difficulties with the software downloading process, but after that everything went smoothly.
