Product is Ok...... (greptiki, Austin, TX, 2008-01-06)

Overall, the picture quality was very good so I'm definitely not disappointed there. However, the unit claims to have 128MB memory internal to load picures on but there is no way to get to it. It is not recognized by any computer I've tried and in addition, if there isn't an external card loaded into the unit, it does not allow you to view pictures. As for ease of use, the menu system is fairly good, although not great so only 3 stars there... Do some research on this and look for the Coby reviews on other sites and you'll see similiar reports. I guess if I had to do it again, I probably would try a different brand. I went out and bought a 1GB SD Card and with that the wife is perfectly happy with the frame and it's use at work hence why it gets 3 stars instead of 2 in my opinion.... Good Luck...

Excellent Product with Good Features (Fan62, Schenectady, NY, 2008-01-18)

This frame had just about every feature that any frame offered for almost half the cost. The only feature that was not available was that it needs to be plugged in for use. It did not come with a charger or batteries to use it as a portable device. All these frames have so many variable features, that it is hard to get one with everything for a reasonable cost. This one was the best I found for the cost.

The quality of the pictures is fantastic and the price is good. The only issues are: instructions are unclear so that those without computer experience will be frustrated and the frame does not have built in memory so you must purchase a memory stick for it.

I gave this picture frame as a gift. The recipient absolutely loved it and had it working within two minutes of opening the package. I earned bonus points with this one!
