Not to bad! (Armyofone96, houston, texas, 2008-05-22)

The shipping and handling were my only concerns after reading the other reviews and they were right. My first order was lost and when I received it the hands were alittle bent. But I bent them back into shape and overstock did a great job on fixing the problem when the order didn't make it the first time. I am very happy with the clock and I would recommend this to other customers.

Great clock - terrible shipping. It was packed in a flat box with almost no padding at all. The item arrived bent, in two places unable to bend back. One of the gears has several teeth bent in a way I can't straighten, and one of the mounting scews is off kilter because it. I love the clock, but the shipping and handling was terrible.

I saw this clock in a local furniture store and fell in love with it so I checked out Overstock.com and sure enough there it was with a teriffic savings. The shipping was fast and the clock arrived in great shape. Looks fantastic on the wall. Definitely adds character to the room.
