Read this if trying to compare Down Throws (Driggs, Pasadena, CA, 2008-01-04)
 
I purchased three different down throws from Overstock.com, not knowing which was the best value and planning on giving the other 2 away as Christmas gifts. I purchased the Oversized Microsude Natural Down Throw, the Century Print Microsuede Down Throw and the Oversized Stripe Down Throw. This one was my favorite. The fabric is fresh looking and bright, so if you are looking for classic, this isn't it, but it's a great accent and muted enough to blend with most decor. This would be perfect for a college student for an extra layer on a single bed. This was the fluffiest of the three and seems to have the highest quality fabric. This blanket is the greatest value of the three, though the print and color may be too much for some.

I bought this to replace a down throw I've had for years that got a hole in it (feathers all over my couch!). I had been having a difficult time finding one - I guess real down is not "green". This throw is wonderful. I was deciding between this one and another one on overstock that other reviewers said was "noisy", so I went with this one. This is not noisy, and it's soft and pretty and WARM! My only concern is that it's white, so I'm a little nervous about eating on the couch or pulling it up to my face and getting my makeup on it. But that's my problem - I did order the white one!

bought this for a christmas present for my grandso (bponce4, Fall River Mills, CA 600 Population, 2008-01-11)
 
Bought this for my grandson for christmas and he loves it. He is 10 years old and he used it every night to cover up to watch tv. We live where it snows and it seems likes it is always cold here so we like to cover up at night to watch tv and leave the heater on 75' so the heating bill is not so high and it is wonderful. In fact I bought all three of my grandchildren on and they all love them. They are well made are are well worth the price I paid for them. I will buy them again. and have told my friends about them.

bought this as a gift for my mom who uses it to keep her warm during kidney dialysis. she said that other ppl bring big huge blankets and she wanted something less cumbersome. this is not a full size blanket if that's what youre looking for. she said once she washed it it was very soft, pretty and perfectly warm. i bought one similar w/ faux fur a year ago and it still looks as good as new. we use it everyday on our sofa!

Down throw (beefly, MO, 2008-05-31)
 
My entire family loves these throws. I bought four because of longer length than most throws and the high rating. We had a family member, my sister, in the hospital for an extended stay and the air conditioner was too cold for everyone. My throw was a big hit especially for the one who spent the night at the hospital with my sister. My brother-in-law said it was a real life-saver!.
