Nice, but Not for Kids (Salln30, Rexburg, ID, 2008-03-08)
 
I was very happy with these chair pads when I received them. (I got the khaki color) They are comfortable and look nice. However, I have tried them out for 3 weeks, and have noticed that it was not a good choice for a family with kids. The care-label on the pads says that the pads should be only spot cleaned with a wet rag -- however, if you have children (I have 3 young ones), you know that occasionally a spill of juice, milk or yogurt will end up on there. With a cotton-type fabric, the spills suck right into the fabric. Touching it up with a wet rag doesn't do the trick, it just spreads the spot, and looks terrible. I have tried putting them in the washing machine on the hand-washable cycle, and it seems to do OK, but I have a feeling this is going to be a never ending battle. The pads just never look absolutely clean. I wish I had chosen a more wipe-able fabric when choosing chair pads. For those without young kids, I'm sure you'll be happy with them.

I have the country chairs with the seat back is round, not a square back like they show these in the picture. I was not sure they would fit, but they fit perfect. The color sage looks just like the picture, as for the no slip, if your not sitting on the chair, you can just lift the cushion up but when you sit down it does not move. I tried to make it slip but it didn't. The dimensions seem small, but it spreads out just fine on the chair. Very nice contrast with browns. Overtstock sent me two emails telling me where my order was, which was nice as well. If my dogs eat these, (which is possible) I will buy them again.

I ordered these for a condo that I manage.I do vacation condo rentals.I was not able to use them even though they look great,problem is,there were no size dimensions on them and they are too small for the chairs they were to be used on.I will not return them because I think I will eventually find a home for them amongst the 40 condos I manage.I am disappointed that I wasted my time(weeks)looking for exactly what was required and they did not fit.I did measure the chairs but your web-site had no dimensions listed on the product.

Brushed Twill No-Slip Chair Pad (lpital, Fresno, CA, 2008-03-25)
 
I checked prices for comparable cushions at local discount department stores, and this price could not be beat. I have been using the cushions for over one month now and they are everything and more than I expected in quality and durability. Others have commented that the cushions do not perform well as described "no-slip". My previous cushions cost far more and the "no-slip" feature performed no better or no worse than these. I would not hesitate to recommend these cushions.

I priced similar seat cushions and these are a good price. The non-slip feature works very well. Its wonderful not to have to tie cushions to the chairs. Eventually the ties break. As far as durability is concerned, I haven't had them long enough to determine this. I have had no need to clean them. Hopefully this won't be a problem. Overall, the cushions are well made, look great, work well, and are a good price compared to retail store prices I've seen.
