The Story Behind the Product 'Hello, my name is Jane-Alam and I come from Moradabad, a small town that is now renowned as one of India's biggest exports markets. After finishing school, I joined my family's 100 year-old handcrafts workshop. We specialize in brass decorative and utility products.

'My maternal grandfather was honored with a National Award in recognition of his work. He was a great artisan, and his art has been passed from generation to generation. I was 20 when I started working, and it's been over 30 years since I first started in this field.'

Don't be fooled by the pictures! (CookieCookinFool, Sugar Land, TX, 2008-01-12)

These bells (I bought two) are beautiful! Much finer detail than the picture. Very vibrant colors and a very nice sound. They were shipped directly from India and were VERY well packaged. The photos don't do them justice. If you want to add a bell to your collection or to give as a gift, you won't be disappointed.
