Will enjoy this Summer (ASunners, Lehigh Valley, 2008-04-13)

While it's still too cool to have to sit out under an umbrella around our new pool, we expect to make good use of this during the summer months. We received the umbrella is short order and it is as expected. The color is very close to what was on the web-site. The constructiion seems pretty good, although the pole itself seems a little lightweight and we'll probably be careful to make sure it id down for any windy weather. While we could have paid more at other places for a stronger built umbrella - this suited our needs well. Overall, we're very pleased as the umbrella is exactly what we expected and couldn't find eslewhere. I'd reccomend this to anyone considering one. You won't find one as good for the same price.

Don't buy this umbrella (sjz45, NJ, 2008-06-09)

First of all, the color appears closer to purple than blue. Second, it is very cheap. One gust of wind lifted the umbrella out of the pole and the rope that opens and closes the umbrella actually ripped though the cheap metal post (like cutting through butter). I had to throw it away. What a waste of money. I will never again purchase an umbrella without seeing it first. This umbrella didn't even last a month. Last umbrella I had lasted 12 years.
