Blackberry 7230 (EmoEmo, Champlin, MN, 2008-03-14)

The only thing I really don't like about my purchase is the fact that it didn't come with a Desktop Manager CD to enable me to sync up with my home/office computer and have been searching the net to find a copy to download. Once I found a copy, it is such a process and problem ridden download that it is not worth the hassle. I bought this to see if a Blackberry suits my needs and it does but it would have been worth it to just buy a new one and get all the items and info that come with it. Also, the brightness of the screen is very poor and to always have to initiate the light up feature is a pain.
