I am very pleased with this purchase. The stools are exactly as advertised. They look very solid and are very stable. I feel very safe using them--falling is a great concern for me, and I use them in the kitchen all the time! The price is very reasonable and the delivery prompt. Thank you very much.

Very nice stools (BLC49, Trenton, NJ, 2008-01-10)

We were quite pleased with these stools. Not only were they well packaged and free of flaws, but they are very well made. In fact, the wood is so hard that my husband had to get a heavy-duty screw driver to assemble them. An added bonus was that the wood matches our new cabinets perfectly!

I received the stools with some parts missing. Got ahold of customer service and they took care of it asap! I love the stools and it was great to see the "service" part of "customer service" work the way it is supposed to!

Like the matching table, it had 2 sets of instructions. One to put the legs on, and the other to add supporting brackets. I didn't put the brackets on, since it seemed sturdy. The stools wobbled a bit when done.
