would be great for an older collector (GrandsonGianni, New York, 2008-04-09)

Baseball cards were exactly as they were advertised but keep in mind if buying for a beginner there were more than half of the 500 more appropriate for an older collector who would recognize the players of eight to ten years ago...other than that, my grandson was thrilled and will use them for trading and such as well a learning the art of collecting, and now is more focused on the details, RBI s; rookie different teams etc....

Spending the amount of money I did on the cards, I was displeased with the quality. You would think you would get quality cards but in this bundle there were not any quality cards and the value of the cards did not match what was paid.

tHIS ITEM WAS VERY DISAPOINTING AND NOT WORTH EVEN THE COST OF SHIPPING. EVEN THOUGH THE CARDS COULD BE RATED 10 THERE WERE ONLY THREE YRS AND EACH SET IS THE LOWEST RATED SET IN THE BECKETT RATING SYSTEM

I was skeptical, but the packs were factory sealed and ended up with a lot of very valuable cards. Definate must if you know someone who is starting to collect or already had established collection.

I just began collecting cards so I needed some start up material. This is a good product for beginners, but only if you want spend time looking through cards.
