cheap, cheap, cheap (mssp, schoolcraft, MI, 2008-01-22)

I bought this knowing I might run into problems because it is such an off brand, but even so I was dissappointed. The instruction booklet is ridiculous, comparable to the instructions that come with a happy meal toy. It's good features are: small size, will fit plenty of albums or playlists, and I was easily able to load songs from my computer a couple different ways. The problem is playback -- you have to go through songs one at a time with no way to look at a list and choose what you want to listen to. I couldn't find a shuffle either. I loaded a photo on to see what the quality was and it was grainy. So there's really no point to all that space if you can't find a way to organize your music on the player to play back easily. I'm going to try and return it, but I'm afraid that because Iopened it I may be stuck.

When I saw the MP3 /MP4 player I thought what a great price, also the color was fabulous for my daughter. It arrived before Christmas, I was so excited. Unfortunately she was not able to listen to the device, since we could not load the legancy Windows 98 drivers. Although it said it was compatible with Windows 2000. I also went to the website to download the drivers for our computer, but the website did not have them. So all in a nut shell, the price was great, with such disappointment she was not able to enjoy her new MP3 player. Maybe it should have been tested before the consumers jumped on such a great deal compared to the IPod. Let just keep our fingers crossed that the company update it's website, since most of us are not using Windows98, how old is that?????

Gift for Dad (Gift4Dad, Columbia, MO, 2008-01-07)

Great value, but it locks up when you try to view photos you've loaded. It took forever to charge, which made me think something was wrong with it. The instructions were no help in that department. It was easy to load songs and photos just just have to recognize that this is not an IPOD. Save data to it like you would a disc or drive within your computer. Came well packaged. Has good sound etc. But next time would probably just spend the extra $30 bucks and get an IPOD Shuffle. The locking up and time to charge is really annoying.

Being returned (BummedOut2, Oklahoma City, OK, 2008-02-01)

I was very disappointed with this MP3 player. While the picture was great, the ease of use wasn't. I had it only a week when the audio started sounding garbled so i thought it might need a charge (after about 2 hours total use) so i plugged it in and it shut its self off and it wont come back on. The ear buds are very hard on your ears for they are just plastic and have no padding and they are kind of big and difficult to keep in. So now i am returning it and plan to buy a differnt brand.

Good buy before iPod (MC08, , 2008-01-09)

I bought this for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He is not quite an enthusiast but is beginning to appreciate music so I decided to try this out before purchasing him an iPod. Its easy to use and upload pictures and music. However, the quality of the image on the screen is grainy (and is SLOW to load)...in fact, the screen itself is slightly tilted. But my son hasn't noticed or complained and enjoys listening to his music and downloading silly pictures from his digital camera.
