Dead Battery (unhappyinMontebello, Los Angeles, CA, 2008-01-06)

After paying $500 for this watch I had to take it to a jewler and have the batter replaced because it arrived dead. The most embarrassing part was that it was a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law and we didnt realize it was not working until she opened it on Christmas day. If I am paying that much for merchandice I at least expect it to work properly when it arrives.
