IPOD shuffle (willlg, South Carolina, 2008-04-10)

This is the first IPod I have ever owned. It works perfect. The only problem I had was downloading from my computer to the IPod. Each time I tried to download, when I hit play on the Ipod, I would get the flickering lights. Finally, I figured out (by doing several google searches) that you need to download the latest version (I had a prior version) of Itunes to your computer, reset the IPod to the factory settings and then re-download the music. After that, it worked like a charm. This was never mentioned in the directions that were included though...I had to figure it out on my own through the Internet.

Great deal - love my shuffle! (beej91381, Southern California, 2008-05-03)

I really like this shuffle. It was billed as refurbished but appeared like new. Also, it arrived so fast - the same day they forwarded my shipment tracking information! The only issue I have is with the earphone plug. Sometimes there is a bit of static if the plug is bumped or moved. I plan to upgrade my ear plugs, but for now, when the plug is in properly, the sound is just fine. It makes for great exercise time and I'm having fun wiht iTunes. Overall a great purchase!

Item didnt work (LourdesChgo, Chicago. IL, 2008-08-28)

This item was corrupted & it came with a card that gave instructions on how to send back if techinicals problems so they are aware that these ipods might be corrupted then why sell them..Now I had to go through the trouble of packaging it & spednig money on postal to send back to repair dept. that was on card. Still as of today i havent gotten refund or a repaired ipod. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED...

Shuffle Operates - Headphones Disappointing (berkeng, San Francisco, CA, 2008-04-01)

While the actual shuffle looked allright and performed well, the headphones are not as pictured. They appear to be the older generation of Apple headphones but have very poor sound quality. It is a shame because the technology used in Apple products provides for very good sound when used with good headphones such as authentic Apple earbuds.

Nice little deal (DaisyRules, Illinois, 2008-04-03)

I actually wanted to return the shuffle because I bought an iPod Nano instead,but my husband said he'd use it. I filled it up using iTunes, and he loves it! It's perfect for someone who likes a product who does exactly what it says, Shuffle music. It's clip is convenient and it's so small you barely notice it is there!
