A really great buy for the money! (Mahpari, AZ, 2008-03-17)

We're re-decorating our home, and my fiancee had been wanting to turn the spare room into a "man cave" where he could 'veg-out' and play video games. I looked at getting him an armchair or a recliner to sit in, but money is tight and I noticed he usually sits on the floor anyways.... Then, I found these awesome memory foam lounge chairs on Overstock..... WAY better than some ol' bean bag chair! They're stuffed with little shreds of memory foam, which means they give and support just where you need it. Also, unlike those lame bean bags that leak little pellets and are never full enough and crush over time, these lounge chairs re-fluff after you get up, so each time you sit in it, it's like you just took it out of the packaging! I chose the chocolate brown color and I'm really happy with it; it's a very neutral tone and I'm sure it will hide stains well. The microfiber cover is soft and just adds to the overall comfort of the chair. I surprised him with 2 lounge chairs and matching foam ottomans for his man cave for much less than one lousy recliner would have cost- and according to him, I am now the hands-down best-est fiancee in the whole wide world... He's happy and I'm happy. Doesn't get better than that! Thanks O!

Comfortable and Affordable Memory Foam Lounge Bags (Jay199, Cincinnati, OH, 2008-02-20)

We have already gotten a lot of good use out of our Memory Foam Bags. So much better than any bean bags. We have a Theater room and when we have more people than our theater seats accommodate - we break the foam bags out and have seating for 2 to 4 more people! They are also great for PS3 and XBox play. One thing to be aware of is that they take up a LOT of room - if you don't have a good place to roll them when you aren't using them - they are obtrusive. They are heavy too - so having a good place you can roll them is ideal. The shipping also took a while. In fact it was a bit of a hassle to get them - They were shipped through DHL to our local post office - that took over a week. Then our post office would not deliver them because of the weight and the fact that they aren't "weather protected" - they are shipped in canvas bags. (The bags would actually be great to keep but you have to cut them open to release the Foam Bags.) All in all it took about 9 days to get them... but the fact that shipping was included I guess I can't complain too much - just be aware it is not quick. We hadn't seen these cheaper anywhere else so all in all it was worth it.

The New Adult Version of the Bean Bag (KC13, Severna Park, MD, 2008-03-13)

We host a lot of parties and weekend get togethers for friends and family and they usually include everyone gathering around the TV at some point to watch a movie. We found that we needed extra "temporary" seating that would be comfortable and portable. I remembered the bean bags we had as kids and thought that something like that might be the perfect solution. I searched on line and found the memory foam lounge bags that appeared to be an adult version of these. I figured they would be comfortable, portable and still look nice; so, I ordered a set of the adult size premium memory foam lounge bags. I was correct on two counts...they are comfortable and nice looking. But, they are most definitely not as portable as I had hoped. They are quite a bit bigger than I had expected and are very heavy to try to move around. So, I absolutely recommend them for a large room, like a basement, where you can move them around easily by rolling them rather than lifting them. Or, if you have a smaller space, I would get the smaller version.

Overall Great Product (Beth1233, Charlotte, NC, 2008-01-28)

I ordered this product for my kids for Christmas and the Foam Lounge Bag itself is so comfortable. It is very big once opened but great for a house with kids and friends over all the time. Everyone loves it and fights to be in it! The one complaint was that I ordered it for Christmas and since it was a surprise and so large, I did not open until Christmas Eve when the kids were gone to bed. When I opened the package that was supposed to contain 2 bags (they ship as a set of 2), there was only one bag sent. It was impossible to tell how many would be in the oddly shaped roll that came so compressed. One would assume that there were two bags in the package until it was opened to see otherwise. I have shopped Overstock for at least 2 years and never had a problem until now. This took 3 weeks and many phone calls and e-mails to straighten out. Rather disappointing considering I was waiting for a Christmas present to be delivered. I will not trust Overstock in a crunch situation again. However, the product itself is great.

Be prepared/ No returning either (CoopsMa, West Hollywood, 2008-02-19)

These bean bags are so extremely heavy that even after taking out 3 full trash bags of foam (from each!) they still take 2 people to lift or 1 person to roll. I was also expecting high quality memory foam which actually looks like ancient, faded, cheap egg carton foam that was sent through a shredder and still had plastic backing stuck to it. I'm sure the foam was sterilized as evidenced by the chemical smell, but I really don't want to know where the foam originally came from. You might not even see the foam except they give you so much you literally have no choice but to take out half otherwise these bean bags become rock hard they are so full. The good news is I bought 4 smaller bean bag covers and used the spare foam to fill them up. Once you unstuff them to your comfort level they are quite comfortable as long as you don't mind readjusting them each time you want to sit in them. Oh, you can't return these because the weight exceeds the price you paid for them. I tried.
