Urban chic chairs (MWJohn, Cape Cod, 2008-02-23)

I bought a pair of these chairs. Although I LOVE the look in my room, the color and feel of the leather, and their comfort, I struggled with the assembly. One chair was missing a hole for a bolt entirely -- I had to drill a new one. The other chair, after spending over an hour trying to figure out why the bolt would not tighten in the hole, I discovered a staple had been driven completely through it. Once I pulled the staple out, there was fortunately enough thread remaining undamaged to make the fitting tight. The assembly turned out to be a 2-day project. But I give a 4-star rating because they are so beautiful and make my room feel so elegant. They feel very sturdy in spite of the problems I had with assembly.

GREAT Chairs (JulesOFan, Atlanta, 2008-08-12)

I have been buying from OVerstock for a couplf of years now, and I am always pleased with my purchases. However, my latest purchase of these chairs (and the orage rug) finally prompted me write a review of my own. I LOVE these chairs! They look a lot more expensive than they actually are; and after looking for quite some time, Overstock was the best deal!! The leather is very rich and smooth, the color is gorgeous, and the quality is great too. I gave it 4 starts for "assembly" only becasue on of the chairs was missing washers on bolts (so my husband had to make a quick run to a home improvement store). If you are still undecided, I do recommend you get these chairs (you won't regret it).

Great chair - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! (ShopperAng, Boise, ID, 2008-04-07)

The chairs look great. We bought two for our living room and they are awesome! They are comfortable. The pillows are pretty useless and usually end up on the floor. BUT the chairs are GREAT! The color is great and the leather looks very nice. We had a problem assembling one of the chairs, but talked to customer service the day we got it and they sent us a return label and a new chair immediately!! We got it all taken care of and they were AMAZING at helping with any issue we had. We are VERY pleased with our purchase and would TOTALLY buy from overstock agian with no hesitation!!!

Great Find (CWD01, , 2008-02-04)

This was my first purchase on Overstock and I was nervous about buying a leather chair without seeing it in person. In fact I needed 4 but only purchased 2 in the first order just in case I wasn't impressed. Boy was I surprised! These chairs are gorgeous! The leather is a beautiful dark brown and looks incredible. I was so happy with my purchase that I ordered 2 more! I would happily recommend this chair to anyone looking for a great addition to their living space!

Great leather chairs (KTinWI, Wisconsin, 2008-03-07)

Excellent value. Fairly easy to put together. One of the chairs needed to be sent back because the bolts didn't line up with the holes. Overstock took care of everything and we had a replacement chair in several days. Excellent customer service. I'm always amazed at the furniture value from Overstock. Shipping was less than 3 dollars for 8 of these chairs. That is a real deal when compared with other vendors. I have not reservations about buying from Overstock.
