Works for me (seedling, Seattle, WA, 2008-04-15)

I got this lamp to be a plant light for seedlings I start inside in the spring. It has worked wonderfully for that. The adjustable arm allows me to lower the light to right above the seedlings and they all reach towards the light. It is great to have a plant light that is not just an industrial fixture. During the rest of the year I plan on using this lamp at my sewing table and I think it will work really well for that too.

I bought two for my office staff and just ordered two more. Stable lamp (it does not have a clamp base) that reaches over the top of the computer monitor with a good even light. Fast delivery too.
