Broken and missing piece (Lindaski, , 2008-12-25)

I talked my mother into purchasing this item through Overstock, instead of buying it at the store. When it was opened, the lining on the inside was cracked and broken and one the the blind chips was missing. My next step is to find out how I go about returning my 18 lb package that was shipped for free, but now I have to go to the trouble of paying to send it back and HOPEFULLY get refunded my shipping costs, and get a NEW and undamage product. My suggestion to anyone thinking of buying this is to pay more, save yourself the hassel, and buy it at the store. Don't be embarrassed when the gift is opened in front of a houseful of people, and it looks like you bought someone a second hand gift.

I really enjoyed this purchase it was just what I wanted and would recommend others to buy this set! I got this set so I can show my nephews from ages 5-18 and up how to play Texas Hold em and I know they will love playing with good quality chips. The set is actually pretty heavy and chips themselves are sturdy and well designed. My only thing is the case the handle for the case they come is is kind of flimsy and should have more reinforcement. Like I said before the chip set is so heavy I feel like I would damage the case if I use the handle so I carry it from the bottom. FYI I bought this set based off of reviews I read not the product description!

We gave our grooms men these poker sets as gifts.They are quite heavy and feel like they are a good quality product. I especially like the carry case its easy to carry and everything you need for poker is in it. I found other poker sets else where that had less stuff in it for more money. I was very happy with the product for the price!

Casing made poorly (quhammer, Chicago, IL, 2009-10-11)

The blind and dealer markers don't fit into the case where they belong at all and the chips fit way too tightly but do go in. Now, I would still recomment this set for the money, I think it's a great deal, just a small aggravation that it doesn't entirely store as well as it is designed to do. My girlfriend bought this set for me for my birthday and it is awesome. The cards are good, the chips very durable, there are plenty of chips, and they even provide you with a dealer button. I gave it five out of five stars. I would recommend this product to anyone who loves poker!
