Beautiful Little Ring (MScott, New Jersey, 2008-06-07)
 
I bought this ring for my daughter's 18th birthday in August (peridot is the birthstone) and high school graduation. Its a lovely piece, and the stones really sparkle. She's petite, and the ring is the perfect size for her hand. The picture of this ring is accurate, but keep in mind that its magnified so you can see the details. Its a delicate, but elegant ring; I love the way the peridot "floats" in the middle, and the diamonds on the band make it very special. I'm very happy with it, and my daughter loves it.

I love this ring and it looks perfect on my smaller boned hand. It is elegant and the only reason I hesitate to give it a five in every catigory is that I don't know peridots well and have difficulty determining what to look for as far as quality goes. -I will say that the peridot is transparent and a pretty color green - it's not a real deep color, but enough to make a pretty contrast with the surrounding diamonds. It is unique enough that it brings compliments.

I thought of only myself when I purchased this ring before Christmas. I wanted it and I bought it. Unfortunately, my sister has borrowed it and I haven't seen it since. We both appreciate the ring and some more than others are lucky to wear it.
