Backs fall off (AnndyA, CA, 2008-07-26)

I bought these earrings for my 1yr old twin girls. They are beautiful in color and construction with one acception. The backs are impossibly small and very hard to put on a toddler. If you order these you will also notice that the backs only screw on a few thread turns which is the reason that out of four earrings, we have only 2 with backings only 1 month later. I have been trying to find replacements and it is really hard. I apologize to that one reviewer that mentioned this problem out of the 86 that did comment. I really thought that since there was only one complaint about this issue, the backings were just not put on correctly. I was wrong.

I wanted very small diamond studs for the third (top) piercing in each of my ears. I also wanted screw backs because I want to leave them in all the time. These earrings fit the bill perfectly. And while I wanted tiny, these are not as small as you might expect. And because they were listed as a child's earring I was concerned that the post might be too short. Not the case at all. As a matter of fact I could even shorten the post a bit because the upper ear lobe is thinner. The diamonds are clear and sparkley too. All in all a very good value in a pretty little earring. I highly recommend them.

1st birthday gift for an April birthday. Beautiful, cost effective and safety closures an absolute must for babies. Something she can have and wear for ever. Thank you Overstock...I looked everywhere for the ball closures and they are almost impossible to find in the stores and my local retailer had to send out for them which was time consuming and expensive.

I decided to invest a little more money this time around because I was really satisfied with my first ones. I trust the quality and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The studs are stunning.

Backs (jacintheone, Franklin, 2008-04-10)

I bought these diamond studs for the screw backs. I seem to be always loosing mine and I thought this was a genius idea. I think it's fabulous and makes loosing them much more difficult. This being said, the diamonds are really clear. Much more than expected. I'm satisfied with this purchase and I will be back.
