Wow!!! Wow!!! and Wow!!! (MoreThanPleased, Brooklyn, NY, 2008-04-10)

You might feel funny reading through all these reviews, but I can only tell you how much they helped me. My wife loved the ring! Be careful, they show up pretty quick. Be on top of the mail if you really want to make this a big surprise. Meaning, maybe have it sent to your office or your parents home if they live close enough so that you can keep the surprise under cover. I know this is about the ring. In my opinion all sapphires are dark in nature until really hit with the right light. The stones are dark. You have to look at how much light is hitting that picture up there. So when you give it to her, give it to her in a well lit area to really show of the sapphires. Afternoon lunch outside with great natural light. Overall, a very unique ring. At this price, it can't be beat. Go ahead, shop around. You'll come back here and be incredibly happy you did. I promise you, I don't work for them, even though some of these comments come across that some people do, we are just that happy about our purchase. If I felt comfortable enough I would give you my phone number and tell you to call me. If we were in the store together I would tell you, you have to buy this ring!

We bought this ring as a wedding band. It's absolutely stunning. I was VERY surprised at how beautiful it is. This is not my first marriage, so I wanted an engagement and wedding band that were different than the norm. My engagement ring has sapphire as the center stone, and is surrounded by diamonds. This ring is a wonderful addition to it! I can hardly wait for the wedding so that I can wear it. The ONLY problem I have with the ring, is that the "v" that it makes where the sapphire and diamond cross is not perfectly centered. It would fit nicer against my marquis cut sapphire if it was centered. Other than that, I have no complaints. And it got here in less than 3 days!! Thanks Overstock! You've done it again!

I purchased this ring as a promise/engagemet ring for my girlfriend. I didn't quite know what to expect, but was pleased when it arrived. As other reviews have stated, the sapphires are quite dark, black in dim lighting. But do have a nice dark blue tone when in sunlight. The weight was more than I expected as well, and workmanship appears quite good. The contrast of the diamonds (diamond dust really) against the sapphires, and white gold is very eyecatching. My girlfriend was very pleased, and has recived many complements on the ring. Overall a very nice ring for the price.

This ring is beautiful, elegant , yet simple in design. It does not over power the hand, yet it is very eye catching and unique. I have had many compliments on this ring. The sapphires are very dark, almost black, but with the top diamond band overlapping the sapphires, it looks outstanding. I saw this ring on another sight at three times the price with limited sizing. When I saw this ring on Overstock and it was in my size I almost jumped for joy! I didn't hesitate, I ordered it and was totally happy when it arrived.

I have never purchased jewelry online before and I was a bit sceptical about it. I was looking for something really special for my daughters college graduation and I thought, if it's not right, I'll just send it back. I was not disappointed, actually amazed at the quality, workmanship and weight of this beautiful ring. I looked at similar rings in jewelry stores, actually not as nice and they were more than twice the price. I gave it to her yesterday and she absolutely loved it!
