Great rug, great price. (KmoneyinSD, San Diego, Ca, 2008-04-01)

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this rug and my biggest concern were comments related to the brightness of the colors. When I received the rug it was undoubtedly less bright and less color contrasting than it appeared on my computer screen. But it was still bright enough to where I wanted to keep it. I figured my flat , huge computer screen enhanced the colors, which is why I thought the colors would be darker. The blues are more of a lighter, grey blue and the brown is more of a faded chocolate brown. But like I said, the colors still looked great, I simply ajdusted my color scheme a little bit. In regards to the sheading, the rug does shed, but that it pretty much true for most 100% wool rugs. It doesn't shead excessively and hasn't really been that much of a problem. All in all, a great rug for a great price. I bought a second smaller accent rug to match and I love them both. Overstock never disappoints!

It will never stop shedding (lina22, LI, NY, 2008-03-19)

I've had the rug for nine months and it has not stop shedding. The reason why I didn't return it at first, its because I hoped that after vacuming several times it would stop shedding,also i didn't want to go thru the trouble of returning such a large item. The rug its true to the picture and goes perfect with my dark dinning room set, but I got it say is not worth all the trouble and dirt. I would not recommed this rug. I'm a bit skeptic now in buying rugs from O, this was the third rug i purchased and only one out of the three doesn't shed.

The rug arrived at my house pretty quickly. The colors of rug matched the colors that are in my living room. However, the colors aren't as vibrant as I thought they would be especially the green, but it still works great in my room. Since it is a wool rug, it does "shed" on the areas where you walk a lot. On the days where I'm working out or playing with my Wii in front of the television then I do I end up having to vacuum the rug. Overall, I'm happy I bought the rug.

Has flaws, but good overall (BC2007, Pittsburgh, PA, 2008-02-02)

Yes, as others have said, it does shed, but I bought it knowing that. The edging is a bit uneven so it resembles something that would be purchased in an outlet store. I don't think it would be noticed by anyone else, I was just scrutinizing it carefully after purchase. It is quite a thick rug, which is good, but the edging doesn't taper to the floor, so "looks" quite thick and high off the carpet. The colors are great and true to the website, just brighter overall.

Good value on decent rug (fallline, Washington, 2008-01-18)

I'm not completely blown away by this rug, but I do feel that it was worth what I paid for it from Overstock. As others have mentioned, the colors are not exactly like what you see on the website, but close enough that you can get a good idea of how it will coordinate with your room. I've had it down in my living room for a week+ now and I'm satisfied. The quality and comfort are good, I'm just not in love with the style.
