Gorgeous piece of jewelry (TheScoop, Boston, 2008-06-03)

I bought this necklace as a present for my mother and she absolutely loved it. It would look great to give a more sophisticated air to summer wear or be a a great complement for evening wear; the beautiful abalone shells make you feel as though you're transported to warm sunny beaches no matter where you are.

I am not exagerating when I say that this is the most stunning necklace I own. The shells are really beautiful. Great workmanship. It was expensive but I am so glad I bought it.
