Story Behind The Product

There are many artisan groups in Colombia. One group, the Zenu Artisan Community, lives in the mountains betwen Cordoba and Sucre. They have been living there for 800 years and have passed down ancient artistic traditions. They are very conscious of their social and cultural responsibilities and express this in their craftsmanship. They have organized themselves into cooperative societies that help them improve their skills and create greater income for their families.
